Our Safegard Alarm systems are guaranteed against defects in materials and or workmanship under normal use. There is a 5 year guarantee on parts and labor for all of the components except the batteries and remotes. The back-up battery and wireless remotes are guaranteed for 2 years.

If any part thereof proves to be defective within the warranty period, such defective part will be repaired, or replaced free of charge including labor by Safegard Alarms Ltd.

If your alarm is triggered, & no password is given & our calls are unanswered, Rapid Neighbourhood Guard Response will be dispatched & our aim is to be on site within 5 - 10 minutes.
